Alessia Cara

I cried pretty much this entire show. Found out about my grandmother passing away earlier that day....didn't go to work but I went to a concert. Guess I'm really handling positive coping skills well.  Practicing mindfulness is weird because while at the show I had to be present, because I knew when I left my world was somewhat crashing. Alessia Cara was amazing. There were alot of younger kids there too. The Pains of Growing is a brief summary of how 2019 began and ended for me. Growing is painful, it's not fun but it is required. Life had done a number on me. Absolutely loved this album and her performance. She switched guitars like 9 times. It will be cool to see if she tops this album. A guy named Ryland James opened for her and he has a beautiful voice.
